LIMITATION ON CANES MANAGEMENT, LLC D/B/A AMERICAN NATIONAL GOODS LIABILITY
American National Goods, LLC liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited in the aggregate to direct and actual damages not to exceed the fees received by American National Goods, LLC from Subscriber. American National Goods, LLC will not be liable for consequential, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or indirect damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance upon any material provided by American National Goods, LLC. Without limitation, American National Goods, LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages related to, either directly or indirectly, (1) any decline in market value or loss of any investment; (2) a subscriber’s inability to use or any delay in accessing the American National Goods, LLC website or any other source of material provided by American National Goods, LLC; (3) any absence of material on the American National Goods, LLC website; (4) American National Goods, LLC failure to deliver or delay in delivering any material or (5) any kind of error in transmission of material; or (6) the use by a subscriber of any research to invest in any way which may be deemed unsuitable in accordance with certain industry standards. American National Goods, LLC and Subscriber acknowledge that, without limitation, the above-enumerated conditions cannot be the probable cause of any breach of any agreement between American National Goods, LLC and Subscriber.

ANY AND ALL MATERIAL PROVIDED BY AMERICAN NATIONAL GOODS, LLC IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND AMERICAN NATIONAL GOODS, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT
Notwithstanding any other agreement or other communications between American National Goods, LLC and Subscriber to the contrary, receipt or use of any material provided by American National Goods,LLC, at any time and through any means, whether directly or indirectly, represents acknowledgement by such person of this disclaimer and agreement with its terms and conditions.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day. Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time on Friday will begin processing the next Monday unless it is a holiday.
A tracking number will be emailed to you. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive the tracking number for your shipper to update the tracking information. Once shipped, orders arrive within 3-5 business days depend on the origin(s) of the shipment and shipping method selected.
REFUND POLICY
American National Goods, LLC Products carry a standing sixty (60) Day “No Questions Asked” refund period from the date of purchase. If you would like to return an item, the customer care department will issue you a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Simply return the contents to the following address with your RMA #. The label for returning a physical product should look like this:

Your purchase will appear on your statement under the name “ANG (855)3187606”. The American National Goods, LLC will allow for the return or replacement of any product within 60 days from the date of purchase.
