SHIPPING POLICY

Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day. Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time on Friday will begin processing the next Monday unless it is a holiday.

A tracking number will be emailed to you. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive the tracking number for your shipper to update the tracking information. Once shipped, orders arrive within 3-5 business days depend on the origin(s) of the shipment and shipping method selected.

REFUND POLICY

American National Goods, LLC Products carry a standing sixty (60) Day “No Questions Asked” refund period from the date of purchase. If you would like to return an item, the customer care department will issue you a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Simply return the contents to the following address with your RMA #. The label for returning a physical product should look like this:
